Planning a Conference

Hello, can I speak to the conference coordinator, please?

Yes, this is John speaking. How can I help you?

I’d like to discuss the venue for our upcoming conference.

Of course! What kind of facilities do you need?

We need a room that can hold at least 200 people.

Great! We have a few options available. Do you need any audio-visual equipment?

Yes, that would be very helpful. We need a projector and a sound system.

Not a problem! I can arrange that for you. When is the conference scheduled?

It’s on the 15th of March.

Perfect! I will send you a contract for review.

Thank you, John! I look forward to hearing from you.
