The Seasons of Our Lives
A
Every year, we experience different seasons. The four main seasons are winter, spring, summer, and autumn. Each season has its own characteristics and weather patterns.
B
Winter is the coldest season. In many regions, it snows. People wear warm clothing such as coats and scarves. Some animals, like bears, hibernate during this period.
C
Spring is a time of renewal. The weather becomes warmer, and flowers begin to bloom. Animals emerge from hibernation, and many birds return from their winter habitats.
D
Summer is the hottest season. People enjoy outdoor activities such as swimming and picnics. Many fruits, including strawberries and peaches, are in season.
E
Autumn is a picturesque season. The leaves change color and fall from the trees. It is also the time for harvest, when farmers gather crops such as apples and pumpkins.
