Trong Part 3, thí sinh nên dùng góc nhìn xã hội chung thay vì chỉ nói về bản thân. Hãy bắt đầu bằng các cụm như People generally..., In my country..., Most people.... Mở rộng câu trả lời 3–5 câu, đưa lý do, so sánh hoặc dự đoán để thể hiện tư duy phản biện.
Dạng câu hỏi: Đánh giá tầm quan trọng. Cách tiếp cận: Nêu vai trò chính, lợi ích xã hội, kết luận ngắn.
Từ vựng: public transportation (giao thông công cộng), traffic congestion (ùn tắc giao thông), invest (đầu tư).
Public transportation plays a vital role in modern cities because it helps reduce traffic congestion and air pollution. In many urban areas, buses and trains are the main way for people to get to work or school. Without them, roads would be overcrowded and the environment would suffer. Therefore, governments should invest more in reliable and affordable public transport systems.
Dạng câu hỏi: So sánh quá khứ - hiện tại. Nêu ra sự khác biệt rõ rệt nhất.
Từ vựng: dramatically (một cách đáng kể), convenient (tiện lợi), challenge (thách thức).
Transportation has changed dramatically over the past few decades. In the past, people mostly walked, cycled, or used animals for long journeys. Nowadays, cars, trains, and airplanes make travel much faster and more convenient. However, this progress has also led to problems such as pollution and traffic jams. So, while transportation has improved, it has created new challenges for society.
Dạng câu hỏi: Phân tích 2 mặt. Dùng: On the one hand... On the other hand...
Từ vựng: flexibility (sự linh hoạt), maintain (duy trì, bảo dưỡng), consider (cân nhắc).
On the one hand, private vehicles offer great flexibility and comfort. People can travel whenever they want and do not have to wait for buses or trains. On the other hand, they cause serious problems like air pollution and traffic congestion, especially in big cities. Moreover, the cost of buying and maintaining a car is quite high. Therefore, people should consider using public transport when possible.
Liệt kê 1–2 ví dụ cụ thể và giải thích tại sao.
Từ vựng: electric car (xe điện), sustainable (bền vững), self-driving (tự lái).
In the future, electric cars and high-speed trains are likely to become much more popular. As concerns about climate change grow, people will look for cleaner and more sustainable ways to travel. Many countries are already investing in electric buses and bike-sharing programs. It is possible that self-driving vehicles will also play a big role in daily transport. These changes could make travel safer and more environmentally friendly.
Đề xuất 1–2 giải pháp thiết thực.
Từ vựng: encourage (khuyến khích), reliable (đáng tin cậy), affordable (giá phải chăng).
Governments can take several steps to encourage the use of public transport. First, they can make buses and trains cheaper and more reliable. Second, they can build more stations and routes in areas that are currently not well connected. Third, they can create special lanes for buses so that they are not stuck in traffic. If public transport is fast, affordable, and comfortable, more people will choose it over private cars.
